Best part about working with Kanika has been her honesty and transparency with us. As first home buyers we gave her our budget and also explained our situation. From the start she always focused on working for us and getting us the best house in our budget. She sat with us and understood our requirements and what was our preference. She always was very transparent of the pricing and what the owners were expecting. If it was above our budget She always told us that this would be above our budget and encouraged us that we will get the best house in our budget. She showed us really nice houses all of them were a fit in our criteria. Her communication was on point. She guided us with market situation and showed us homes whenever we called her. Right now the house we have is all we ever wanted. We are very happy and would highly recommend her to all of our friends and family looking for thier homes. Even after the sale we had quite a few questions come to our mind, she always made sure that we got our answers and has been helpful from day 1 till today 😀
