Our family has used Smart Real Estate before and twice Kama has been our agent. She knows the housing market well and is very upfront with information regarding Open Home days. Only minor concern being the on street advertising - I assumed there would be photo's and description of the house for sale, which is up a long drive. The street advertising had a photo of Kama and SMART Real estate - but nothing about the house! In the end the property was sold for the price we wanted - can't ask much more than that! Thankyou!
