We had a daunting tust of purchasing our first property and a friend recommended Kam and Ankush from Century 21. We had a meeting with the two and we clearly described what we wanted and the hunting for property started. Ankush and Kam went out of their way opening properties after hours to accommodate us. They made it easy for us by explaining processes till the final settlement. We're really happy with the service and professionalism shown by Kan and Ankush and we highly recommend them.

We highly recommend, please read this review to the end you will be amazed. We were incredibly impressed with both our Agents Kam and Ankush they both went above and beyond kept us informed about every development and clearly explain the next steps to the point they would answer our phone calls 24hours if we were unsure, what the next step where do we go from here once our home was sold, not only did they help us sell our home which happen so fast , now that's what you call great team work from both Kam and Ankush well done guys . Kam and Ankush also help us buy a new home and not only that they organize a rental property, while our new home is getting built, both me and hubby so overwhelmed, really appreciate Kam and Ankush thank you so much. Amazing Agents ...

The team where responsive and on to the market and open

Good communication and quick responses made the process easy.

Kam has been one of the main supporters for me and my young family to finally buy our first home here in NZ. His calmness and politeness gave us the hope that everything is in the right hand just like as it happened to us that our first home contracted just signed within 3 days when we made contact. He took our worries behind the scenes and made it easier for us to make our decision and our dream to become a reality. As I stated above that he is one of a kind that somehow, he can read your mind and gave you the right explanation of how the system will work out for us. In that foundation he set the peace in our mind that where we at, we are with the right person to finally call a place our own HOME. Thanks Kam. Appreciated.

After two previous failed attempts to sell our property, yes, two, with different agencies over the last two years, Kam and Ankush came along and sold it within a week or three days to be exact. Kam's professionalism, communication and commitment is excellent. Kam and Ankush did not just list our property, but actively marketed, promoted and sold it. We never had to call or follow up with anything. Kam went above and beyond to sell our property and we know they had our best interests at heart. Their market knowledge is excellent. Our only regret was not choosing them from the start. We highly recommend them.

Although we have not listed directly through Kam, he has been a major player in securing our sale in conjunction with Varinder and Ankush. His contribution has helped us to secure the sale. While all property sales have their challenges we are overall happy with the outcome.

Our experience with Kam was great, being new to the market with very little knowledge felt quite daunting but Kam was full of knowledge and very helpful. Throughout the drawn out process, Kam communicated well keeping us informed, was very quick to respond to queries, very accommodating and eager to help find solutions. Kam has also still been a great help even after we moved in. Overall Kam was fantastic

I met Kam at one of the show homes in Pokeno and was very impressed from the start. He came across as genuine and trustworthy. Kam has excellent knowledge of the local property market, is easy to work with, professional, and flexible. He helped us sell our property at the expected price, even in a slow market like this. I highly recommend Kam to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you, Kam!

Kam and Ankush handled the purchase of the property very efficiently and professionally.

Kam is quite knowledgeable of the market and was helpful showing us all properties under his portfolio

Our experience with Kam and his team has been absolutely incredible. They treated us like family and were always just a call away. As first-time buyers, my husband and I were uncertain about the process. However, Kam's expertise and dedication guided us every step of the way, making what initially seemed impossible a reality—we bought our home! Era was proactive, thorough, and patient, explaining each step in detail, which gave us confidence and clarity throughout the journey. If you're new to home buying or planning for your next one, Kam and his team are the ones to trust. Highly recommended!
