I found Kale to be completely professional and excellent at what he does, which is sell houses quickly for top dollar. He was a step ahead on all the requirements (house 10 year warranty etc). Even with a difficult tenant, the house was sold within a week and all the conditions were met on time. He kept me up to date the whole way.
