We found Julie to be warm and genuinely supportive in the process of buying our house. She went out her way to explain the process and was always on the phone when we had questions. My partner and I found her to really care and it felt like she was not just out to sell a house but make us see our home. I would recommend her in a heart beat as Julie puts the heart back into selling/buying homes.

Julie was amazing! we had to sell my dads house after he passed away and he had only recently purchased it. turns out the house needed a lot of patience and had some surprises up its sleeve but Julie was so fantastic and patient and helpful. her tradie recommendations were brilliant and she helped get a sale over the line once we hit the market quickly. also being an out of town seller she was always great at being eyes and ears on the ground for us. I'd highly recommend Julie as an agent to anyone in Dunedin looking to sell.
