Her face-to-face communication and instructions were always very clear & easily understood. Moreover, her weekly written reports received, following Open Homes, were very thorough and timely. Following an Open Home, Julie always immediately contacted us with a brief summary text or phone message. I found Julie to have a sound understanding of the housing market within our area and, therefore, able to advise us on the profile of potential buyers. Julie was always calm and advised us well, even when issues arose. In this regard, she was always positive and encouraging. She was always punctual and never late for a meeting or Open Home.
