Having worked with Julie in a previous purchase - some years ago - we have kept in touch over the years. The decision to go with Julie and Harcourts with our Avonhead property was an easy decision and confirmed following our first formal on site catch up to discuss the approach to a sale - including a potential marketing plan. We were impressed with Julie's knowledge and expertise of the local market - in particular the tips on how we could further enhance the property and by doing so - potentially maximise the sale price. Staging was required and again Julie's sound advice and her contact delivered a quality outcome. The communication during the marketing campaign was excellent and we were provided with buyer feedback and a timely update on progress. The auction was bought forward and the sale price exceeded our expectations - with four active bidders in the room.
