Julie was good to work with & communicated well. She set realistic expectations on the price we were likely to achieve & was able to explain how she arrived at her appraisal figures. Julie gave good practical advice on presenting the property for open homes, helped obtain a solution to an issue that was stopping a potential buyer from obtaining financing & even took Rubbish bins to the curb the night before settlement after we'd forgotten to. Despite listing as the market was falling (Q4 2022) she managed to make the sale on the day of the auction within the price band given in her initial appraisal.
