Apart from the auction process, which wasn't hard but just a wee bit nerve-wracking for first time auction buyers, the whole process of purchasing this home so I could downsize into a more manageable home was fairly straight forward. All my questions were answered, I fully informed about the auction process and what I had to get in place prior to the day and Julie was lovely to deal with both prior to and on the day of the auction. She communicated well with me and my daughter, and not once did we feel pressured into making any decisions or disclosing any information we weren't comfortable sharing.
