Julie has sold 2 of my properties, and I would never use anyone else but her. Julie genuinely cares, not about the money, but about you, which sometimes can be hard to find in a realestate agent. Trying to both sell and buy a property at the same time while having 3 kids is very stressful, but Julie took as much stress off of me as she possibly could and made the experience simple and as stress free as it possibly could be. She goes above and beyond and always makes sure you are 100% kept in the loop every step of the way. Any question, worry or uncertainty I had with the process was quickly whisked away by Julie. I don’t believe there was a time that she left a text unanswered for more than 5 minutes, no matter the time or day. I couldn’t be more grateful for Julie, she truly goes to war for you and does everything in her power to get you an amazing price and ensure your experience is as easy as possible. On both occasions I was blown away with her eye for detail and knowledge of the local area and buyers which allowed me to get a far better price for both my property’s than I could ever have imagined. Julie really is the best in the business and cant recommend her enough!
