REFERENCE: We first met Julie while we were out walking here in Southbridge. We stopped to chat and learned that she was a real estate agent. At the time we were contemplating selling but were not 100% sure. We really liked Julie and the fact that she was a local so we invited her to appraise our property. We chose her over other agents as we felt that we could trust her and found her very friendly and empathetic. It has taken us longer than we thought to sell but Julie kept reassuring us that it was all a matter of timing. Indeed it was! The right buyers came along at the right time and we are now able to move onto the next step in our lives. Julie was great with her communication and positivity with us and kept us informed with all enquiries. She always had time for my phone calls, concerns and any questions that we had during the sales process. We were quite nervous but she kept us calm and focused. We have no hesitation in recommending her to any prospective sellers, especially here in Southbridge as it is also her hometown and she knows the market very well.
