We had an appraisal from Julie and Bill in Feb 2022, then again in Feb 2024. We were very pleased with both appraisals so i knew when it was time to sell we would get Julie and Bill to sell our house. Julie and Bill talked us through what we had to do and what they were going to do to sell our house. Very professional in all the knowledge they gave us verbally and all the pamphlets they gave us to read. That was very helpful. Every Sunday Julie and Bill gave us a verbal up date of how many groups came through on open home day, then sent an email every Tues of all the particulars. We didn't have many open home days before it was sold. Remembering all this happened while we were holidaying in America. Julie and Bill emailed the sale and purchase agreement over to the hotel in America for us to sign. Very Very professional. The same day we arrived home from holiday Julie came to visit with an update. The next day Julie and Bill flew out to Australia and still kept in touch with phone calls, text and emails.Sometimes I would phone Julie to ask a question and felt I was being a nuisance but she always said that is what she is here for, to answer any questions. Nothing was ever a problem, they kept in touch all the time, either by phone, text or email. We would certainly recommend Julie and Bill to anyone we know who is selling their home.
