For example, Julie arranged for our gate to be stripped and repainted; referred us to home staging companies, movers, and a gardener; arrived early to open homes in order to sweep leaves from our paths, check the street, and open the drapes or turn on the heaters to make the house feel cosy; performed emergency repairs to the house; and she made regular day and night patrols to ensure the security of our property after we had moved out.
