Juliana was very pleasant from the beginning of our house sale process. We initially talked to her about listing our house some weeks before we could actually list it as we had two holidays booked. Juliana explained the process of selling our house including the auction process as it was many years since we had sold a house. In the weeks before we were ready to list Juliana worked on the advertising wording and other things. She asked our opinion on wording of the advertisements and readily took on any suggestions we had. Once the house was 'on the market' Juliana worked tirelessly finding potential buyers for us. She extended open home times if people arrived late and followed up with everyone who came and any enquiries from the advertising. Through Juliana's hard work we had three people bidding at the auction which meant we got a better price than we had expected. We would thoroughly recommend Juliana to anyone who is selling a house and already have done so.
