Julian was a real pleasure to work with from a purchasing stand point. Never forgetting that he was working for his vendor, but made us feel super comfortable with how organised and prepared he was. Was prompt with getting answers to any questions and kept the deal very transparent the entire time. Felt very comfortable to talk things out with him, and he gave great advice for first home buyers.
