Julian is a true sales professional, he is always calm under fire - in situations that I found pretty stressful - he was a steady head. He managed everything in the process from staging & marketing to photos & video - which all looked awesome. He kept me informed regularly I always felt updated and connected with the sale. We had a pre-auction offer and I felt while he was fair to both parties he had my best interests at heart, there was also no undue pressure, just facts.
