Efficient, honest, beyond capable

I couldn't be hands on with this sale and Julia was completely understanding and compassionate. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again for future house sales (and potential advice for purchases). The house didn't sell anywhere near expected price, but we ended with a super quick sale with no conditions so it's always a trade off.
