Very professional, transparent and great communication

As a Buyer, I found Joy to be very supportive, and transparent throughout the process. I asked some questions which she could have easily misled me to make a purchase, but she was always honest. I really appreciated this level of support as I was a first home buyer so felt very new and somewhat ignorant with my first experience. Joy's communication was also very clear and responsive so I always felt I could reach out if I had any questions so I felt a sense of confidence in such a huge purchase - the biggest purchase of your life!
