She has a heart for her client, very motherly too

She goes all her way to support me by escorting me to council for application of building consent as it is my first experience to go to council . She helps me to apply for the consent using her laptop at her house and I am grateful for that. That's the reason why I stick with her instead of going to another agent from another real estate company.
