Joss listed our home and worked closely with us during the sales process helping to keep us calm and relaxed, even with us being nervous vendors. We had lots of interest in our home and had many offers to choose from and we settled on a more than hoped for sales price. Joss made the process easy for us and took care of everything. We are very happy and are now moving on with the next chapter of our lives and wish our buyers years of enjoyment from our home.

My experience with Joss was a well informed .as Joss discussed ,I thought every aspect of the sale to me to try to make it as easy going as possible for me.i believe Joss worked on every aspect of the sale.so to help me understand what was happening and when it happened that we both went through it together as Joss was always there to answer any questions which I may of had at that time.and there were a few.Joss helped me to understand. As this hole experience was all new to me.i would recommend Joss to anyone .his personality and the way he delt with every thing did not seem to be a problem to him.
