Beyond lucky

Not only were we lucky enough to come across the house for sale, we also came across Josh, who from the start right until the end has been nothing but fantastic. From answering our questions and providing guidance, to following up and checking in on our family ( 33-34 weeks pregnant and struggling) Josh made it seamless and smooth right from the start. If it wasn't for Josh, we would have given up our search due to the run around we were getting from other Real Estate agents from other companies. I was lucky enough to have Josh take the time out from his day on the day of the auction and explain the processes and answer any questions I had. I really appreciate everything Josh has helped us through in this process. He honestly made this experience a pleasant and as stress less as could be process.
