Josh was very knowledgable on the house and area. All my questions and concerns about the area (I am new to the area) was answered with detail and in a thoughtful way. Josh replies to emails and communication promptly and will follow up with more information with ease upon request. He is very professional, while also being easy to talk to with support on sales. He helped us tremendously with viewings, organising with venders to give us time for building inspections, as well as sales and purchasing information. Highly recommend for the local agent.
