Not only were we lucky enough to come across the house for sale, we also came across Josh, who from the start right until the end has been nothing but fantastic. From answering our questions and providing guidance, to following up and checking in on our family ( 33-34 weeks pregnant and struggling) Josh made it seamless and smooth right from the start.
