We had the absolute pleasure of working with Rene and Josh to purchase our first home, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a more stress-free experience. ❤️ From the moment we viewed the property we fell in love with, we knew we had a very short window just 72 hours until offers closed. Rene and Josh took the time to explain everything to us clearly, including what the sale process meant, what was happening in the current market, and what we needed to consider when putting forward an offer. They even took the time to show us other homes within our budget so we could feel confident about our options. What we loved most was how genuinely lovely and supportive they were throughout the entire process. They met us exactly where we were, never made us feel pressured, and gave us so much guidance and encouragement to help get our offer over the line. Their communication was exceptional from start to finish, and we always felt informed, supported and in such good hands.
