I had such a good experience using Josh to put my property on the market. From day 1 he was proactive and positive about it, and we had open honest conversations about the approach & arrangements. He assisted in all matters in getting the house ready, going above and beyond to help coordinate with me (especially when I was overseas). When some minor complications came up with the LIM report, he calmly navigated through this. During the open home stage, there was an incredible attendance & follow up of people - I really felt the property had the best viewing it could have with teh current market state, well above the average. In the lead up to the auction he was supportive & personally invested to see that we sold it for the best result we could have.
