Josh & Bryce won a 3 way agent pitch to market and sell the property. They were thorough in responding to all aspects of the brief. It was a challenging property to sell as it was in a deceased Trust and I was one of the two trustees intrusted in selling the property on behalf of the beneficiary. Josh and Bryce bought all their experience to the fore in marketing the property and front-foot addressing property issues. I was really impressed with their lateral thinking on how to preempt questions, like getting a reroofing quote for venders to view. Their daily communication on keeping us up to date with sales process in a flat market was a real demonstration of them doing what they said they would in the pitch. They were respectful and attentive to the remaining family living in the property and masterfully worked with them to keep the property in its best possible presentation as possible. The acid test for me is would I get them to sell my property? 100% yes! (but sorry guys, not selling any time soon!)
