Jordan has great communication skills. He kept us informed using the WhatsApp application as well as emails and phone calls. He listened to our needs and promptly returned calls or emails. He showed great market knowledge, and his negotiation skills got us close to the price we wanted to sell the property for. He was very professional and represented Harcourts well with his respectful conduct throughout the process. He even made a trip out to collect paperwork that we wanted to give to the new owners.
