Reliable Support and Clear Communication
Jonty and Alex provided a solid level of service throughout the process. They were consistently available to answer questions and served as an effective conduit to the vendor and other relevant parties. There were a few minor communication issues at specific points, but they were understandable given the number of moving parts. Overall, we found them professional, responsive, and helpful to deal with.
