This was my 2nd home purchase, with the first being in the USA, and this being my 1st in New Zealand. Boy, it is much more difficult being a buyer here. So many disadvantages. But Jono was 1st class. Jono worked really hard, was as available as possible, was detailed and kept great communication, had excellent knowledge of the home and neighborhood and city and etc. And he always was so positive and had a smile on his face. Top notch customer service! And possibly the best quality about Jono was his honesty and openness throughout the process. If I had to buy another home, I would hope to be able to deal with another agent as wonderful as Jono! 10/10.
