Jono smith from Mike peri was truly exceptional. He assisted us with doing a house inspection prior to move in and was helpfuI answering all our questions. He went an extra mile for us providing us with each and every detail we asked from the seller . I was impressed with their level of knowledge and the amount of data that they had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with them since I was set on buying in Pegasus and I’m so thankful I did.

Jono is very friendly, kind and knowlegable. He always have this massive smile on his face that make us feel comforble talking to him. He guided us all the way up to the end.Jonno and his team make the process of selling our house so much easier. My husband and i will definitely use Jonno and his team again in the future.Highly recommended.

Jono went out of his way to be available and to go through things and explain them to us. He was really friendly and provided some good information with pamphlets. We recommend Jono!

I had met several real estate agents from different companies over a couple weeks. I had immediately gravitated towards Jono warm and easy going nature. However what stood Jono out from the other agents and was the deciding factor in choosing him was his in-depth knowledge of the local market and his openness to talk about and explain his commission. Which other agents found uncomfortable. He also went over and beyond the call of duty with sourcing a roofer and then spent weeks chasing him up. I found Jono to be a true professional with great communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the local market. I trusted Jono to sell my family home he did this with confidence and integrity and respect of the property and myself.

Made the buying process easy to understand for me as my first time buying a home

Our experience with Jono has been great, from the first meeting through to post-sale. He knows the market, listens to you and understands what you are looking for as a vendor, then works hard to be successful. He has a warm and genuine communication style, and kept us up to date, without bombarding with information. This sale has been the quickest and smoothest we've experienced and are very thankful for his professionalism and expertise.

We found Jono to be informative, answered all our questions without hesitation and provided information for us that we would need so as to make an intelligent decision to purchase the property. We are two very satisfied customers. Thank you Jono
