Up until then I had been wading through trade me, contacting and being contacted by agents, and trying to navigate the process. He was with us all the way being our one point of contact. The house we ended up purchasing I had written off and wasn’t going to view. Because he had taken the time to understand what we wanted, he knew it could be the one. He was able to meet our builders and valuer on site, he negotiated hard for us when it came down to being the auction forward, and we walked away unconditional all because Jono was able to be in our corner. I would recommend using a buyers agent to anyone, especially if you both have busy jobs. And in particular I would recommend Jono.
