Jono is an excellent agent to work with. Knowledgeable, down to earth, and a great communicator also. He was fantastic at explaining the legal side of the process. Their team runs like a well oiled machine, they are incredibly efficient. He was also very responsive. The neighbours were surprised how fast it sold!

We had less communication with Jono than we did with Vanessa but Jono proved his knowledge of his role and the market. Almost all communication with Jono was written which was prompt and polite. However the use of the ‘F’ during one of our conversations stopped me from giving Jono a 5 star rating. All in all though happy with our interactions

Would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa and Jono. From the beginning they made it very easy and walked us through the whole process. Communication was excellent. They had great systems in place so it felt like everything was taken care of and we didn’t need to worry about anything but tidying our house for the open homes. The market was slow but they were excellent at closing the sale with a buyer that could have easily been lost. Thank you Vanessa, Jono and Tahlia!
