Friendly and Calm

Buying at Auction for the first time was a pretty stressful situation but Jonny kept us well informed, particularly on the day of the auction, he was a calm presence and helped guide us through the process and remove as much stress as possible. He made sure that we (and our young children) were comfortable and knew what was going on and what to expect. It really helped to have a friendly face when juggling such a big decision.
