We honestly couldn’t recommend Jonathan highly enough and are so grateful for everything he did for us, from advice with selling our home to helping us find and purchase our new home in Patumahoe. Jono isn’t just our agent, he’s a friend, and I’ve known him for a long time, He’s genuinely one of the most honest, kind and caring people we know, and that really showed throughout the entire process. What stood out most was that we never felt like just another sale or commission. When we were going through a really difficult time with a close friend who was terminally ill, Jono actually advised us not to sell and to wait until the time was right. He put our family first, even when it meant walking away from a potential sale. That honesty meant so much to us. When the time was right, he went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. His local knowledge, connections and understanding of Franklin were invaluable, and he was always available to answer our questions and give us honest advice.
