Selling a home in the current market is difficult. It took 9 months to sell my property. Over the 9 months Jonathan worked tirelessly to secure a sale. Open homes were held every week and every visitor to the open home contacted in the following days to determine their interest. Finally, he assisted the purchaser, who lived out of Auckland, with finding contractors who could carry out some landscaping changes to suit the purchaser's family. This extra work probably enables the sale to be completed at close to asking price.
