Jonathan helped the reviewer sell this property

Brilliant!

Jonathan must be one of the best real estate agents in New Zealand. We found him extremely professional, with a thorough understanding of and genuine passion for the Patumahoe property market. He took the time to explain the market and every step of the process clearly and patiently. And he made everything happen so smoothly. His calm and reassuring demeanour stood out throughout. While everyone else was losing their heads, Jonathan remained composed and focused. He rescued the sale agreement from the brink of collapse and got it over the line — something we do not believe many agents could have achieved. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
