Jonathan always communicated quickly. He found a good house considering the budget. At times Jonathan put a lot of pressure on us to make offers when we weren’t sure. He gave some advice that wasn’t accurate. We were rushed through pre settlement inspection, only given 15 minutes, despite there being massive issues with the house (holes, dents, missing chattels).
My partner and I recently purchased a house with the help of Jonathan. He showed us multiple houses and answered more than 50 different questions as we were both unsure of exactly what we wanted! He was always active and easy to get a hold of! Highly recommend using him! His patience and care made a big difference when it came to us buying our first home together!

Jonathan is a very hardworking and humble agent, he was always quick to respond to messages/emails no matter the time of day or night. He listened to all of our requirements (it was a very long list) and suggested suitable properties. He never pressured us towards any particular properties and was patient whilst we worked out exactly what we wanted.
