There were challenges selling our older house with some unevenness in floor levels . They presented these points clearly to prospective buyers. One earlier offer fell over a day before going unconditional due to finance. Although we were disappointed, they maintained their cheerful manor and energy and perceived until another buyer was found. Although final price was not as high as initially anticipated this was not due to estate agent. This was reflective of timing with tight banking rules challenging our potential buyers and the age of house. We first met Eddie when we attended an open home at 77 Beaumont Drive. He welcomed us and we went inside to meet Jolene. We inspected the house and outdoor area without them following us around but they were there to answer questions. We liked the property and went back for a second viewing a few days later.
