Johnny was the real estate agent who assisted in the sale of a property in Wattle Downs in mid-2025, throughout a complicated sale. I am based outside of New Zealand without access to the property and there was a significant amount of renovation work required to bring the property to sale. Johnny supported me the entire way through the process, from helping to coordinate quotes from suppliers through to helping sequence the tradespeople to hit our in-market date. He was honest and respectful throughout every interaction and took a genuine interest in the personal situation accompanying the sale. He was accommodating of my location, keeping me updated via messaging, phone calls and emails, and during those periods that I was able to be onsite, met with me in person to plan and strategise. On auction day Johnny had me live on phone so I could listen in to the proceedings, and kept me updated throughout the auction proper, bidding, and final negotiations.
