We found our dream home on Trade Me 🏠, went for a viewing, and decided to proceed! As first-time home buyers, we were clueless about the process, but John was supposed to guide us through it. Unfortunately, he didn't deliver, leaving us frustrated and overwhelmed. I wouldn't recommend him to fellow first-time buyers 😐.
