He worked very hard to sell the property by following up all the viewers and seeking feedback. He didn't try and persuade us to pay for extras like property press which would have been a waste of money. We were kept well informed with progress and the fact that we had a lot of serious bidders turn up to the auction was testimony to his hard work.
