John made this happen at a time when things were beginning to slow. He correctly identified a portion of the market which would best suit our profile and he didn't waver. And when he found new owners for the orchard and home on which we had spent so much time and effort, he found the perfect people -we are sure that they will love it as much as we did, and that we will comfortable knowing that.
