Although as the buyers we didn't have alot to do with John directly, he was always professional, efficient and as first home buyers check up on us regularly to see how we were going with our side of things. During the process we were in lockdown lvl 4 in Auckland and buying a house in Invercargill and as first home buyers the purchase itself was already daunting let alone doing it during lvl 4 and being a few thousand kilometers away, however John was able to cater to our needs where necessary and remained transparent through the purchase, as for the side we didn't see (being the sellers side), we can only assume he done an exceptional job as the process was super quick and provided an efficient communication link between us and the sellers, We would higly recommend John to anyone especially first home buyers.
