He has a very quiet manner about him which provides a very steadying influence at times of uncertainly when going through the sales process. An excellent communicator with constant feedback and updates throughout the tender process we used, and the subsequent successful conclusion of a sale post this process.

Working with john and Paula was a pleasure throughout this whole sale process, took time to listen and give advise where needed and direct at times when also needed. they have great negotiating skills to achieve the best possible price. Were then when you needed to talk to "chew the fat"
John is a very savvy agent. He is a great Guy, very approachable and friendly with a wealth of worldly experiences. He knows instinctively, how to find out exactly what you are wanting to buy, without being intrusive. He then keeps you up to date while he is finding this new Gem. In our case, this property wasn't yet on the market. John knew that at some point, it would become available, so he spoke to the "vendors" and pointed out to them, that with the market trending down, perhaps they should let us view their property. Then once he had introduced us to this new property, he let the "seeds germinate" and just quietly kept the process going. He's not at all pushy, he just sits back keeping in contact keeping thing smoldering along. He showed us another, almost similar nearby property, knowing full well, that it wasn't up to the same standard & that we would never buy it. He did this to make his "target property" look even more appealing!!! Meanwhile he is quietly working on his vendor to get them see the realities of the current market situation. We upped our offer, (I told you he is good!!) and Bingo, we had a deal across the line. The Vendors are happy and so are we. We take over in three weeks time.
Johns experience and knowledge is fantastic - but I did not enjoy the overall experience of buying and selling. Had I known how bad it would be I would not have started the process. This was not Johns fault, just the market conditions. Also I was less than happy when the house that was buying the house that was buying my house settled early and I lost a whole month which added to my stress. I would still recommend John to anyone wanting to buy or sell lifestyle.
