I have recently purchased my first home with Joel as the listing agent. I can not recommend him enough! He has made what I was expecting to be a stressful process, into such a smooth experience. He was always there to answer any questions I had about the property and even took me through for a viewing on a Sunday as that was my only available day. He kept me up to date with everything as we moved through the buying process, and I truly do believe he was a big factor in getting me in to my first home. Joel is exactly the type of agent you hope to come across when you’re a first home buyer that’s been told to be weary of real estate agents.
