Joel was a very approachable and amiable person to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way. It took awhile for the house to sell, but Joel was plugging it all the time. Circumstances changed half way through and he was there to help me change things a bit and we got it sold quickly after that. I am grateful for his experience and expertise in the whole process.
