
Communication was always a couple days late which made us unsure on what was happening at times. When we called him, without fail he would be busy in a meeting. Obviously everyone’s busy we get it but it became a joke between us, as we’d call “I bet he’s in another meeting” if there was no meeting it would be a couple day wait to see why he didn’t answer. Secondly Joe would call sporadically when he needed something, to get paid obviously, asking the same questions we’d discussed the week before. He said it was to keep his clients updated but in all honesty, asking the same questions you’ve asked the week prior to see what’s happening just showed us he wasn’t listening in the first phone call. In the end I said it’s just annoying you calling, asking the same questions that I’ve already answered, don’t call me again. I’ll call you when I have any updates or changes. Nice enough guy to deal with but would not recommend him to anyone. I hope he takes this feedback and improves comms because he is a great agent apart from the communication.
