Excellent communicator, took all the stress out, patient

We have recently sold our rental with Joe and would highly recommend. He was respectful of our tenants, and kept us updated the entire time. Joe was great at communicating every step of the way, he was honest, and responsive. We have used many agents over the years and Joe was by far the best. He included us both (my husband and I) in all communications which was greatly appreciated. Thank you Joe for getting the job done with minimal stress.
