There is no doubt Joe was 5 stars in the sale of this property. This one wasn't easy (not the amazing property but some of the other factors involved) and considering the bumps in the road Joe dealt with them in a way that made the situation feel smooth. Tirelessly worked for top dollar and communication was solid the whole way. Willing to get his hands dirty to help prep the house for sale was something I had never seen before. More agents need to be like Joe- he has the honesty, integrity, transparency and willingness to do that little bit more to make the journey seamless and comfortable while never diverting from the goal to get top dollar for his client. Reflecting on the whole sale process for my house, the most important step I took was meeting and talking to Joe Steel from Harcourts. I had spoken to 3 other agencies before I spoke to Joe.
