Joe as the property agent currently helped me sell my property . To be honest, I didn't expect too much because the marketing is not that active at the moment. However, Joe had put a lot of efforts and supported me with everything including open homes, property inspection and some other checks as well. As a vendor in overseas, it's a bit hard for me to talk to people such as inspector, body corp. manager but Joe became a great communicator between us and helped getting a lot of things sorted for me. I and my family is totally happy with this. I do appreciate everything Joe has done for us. Because the time difference between China and NZ, Joe had to talk to me when I finished my work which it would be late night time in NZ. Thank you so much Joe for being such responsible.
