Joes market appraisal was right on the money. I already have a good handle on the market and his appraisal and dictation of the buyer market was 100% accurate. He worked hard on each buyer to validate them and then actually secured several genuine interested parties. All in a very thight market. The marketing and imagery were superb, and our time on market was bout 35 days compared to an average of 60 for other properties
